It will be months before three Valdosta teens accused of aggravated sexual battery could get bond.
17-year-olds James Sharp, Kenney Mason and Robert Sharp were arrested on Saturday.
Fulton County deputies say the magistrate judge couldn't set bond Monday because of the type of crime committed. (PANASONIC NV-DS15 battery)
They were referred to the Superior Court. Police say the three of the boys held the victim down while another tried to assault him.
"I do believe there should have been some kind of supervision close by," says concerned mother Bridget Allen-Davis.
Deputies say they'll need to have all the evidence present before the teens can go before a superior court judge.
They say that could take two to three months. If convicted the teens could each face at least ten years in prison. (CASIO NP-20 charger)

David Allen couldn't describe on camera how he felt after hearing that three Valdosta teens are accused of aggravated sexual battery on a Juvenile.
"There's a problem in the home or in the school system that's letting them go this far," said Allen.
According to police reports obtained from Rome, Georgia,
17-year-olds Kenney Mason, Robert Sharp, Jamel Sharp and another teen from Lawrenceville, Georgia were 'playing around' with a juvenile victim. (PANASONIC VW-VBJ10 battery)
But authorities say the teens took it too far when they tried to sexually assault the boy.
Police say Robert Sharp was the teen who attempted the act.
"I think he should see justice. I think that the people who done it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent," said Allen.
Detectives say 'playing around' should never reach these limits.
"To have a little more self-control when it comes to horse play or hazing with fellow teammates or friends or anybody, said Rome Police Detective Jeff Richerson. "There is a line that can be crossed. Unfortunately in this case it was crossed."(Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W115 charger)
The teens remained behind bars until bond is set.
The teens were in Rome, Georgia at a wrestling camp.
They had their first appearances Monday, July 11th.
A judge referred them to superior court because bond could not be set.

This is just a guess but I think the odds are in my favor; the parents of these punks probably should be thrown in jail with them. The streets and schools are full of hoodlums (save the "not all kids are" comments). Unless our society gets a grip on birth control more of these type of children will be bred into our crumbling society. My prayers are with the victim and my hope is his family will make sure he gets any help he may need. The skill of nurturing is fading into oblivion. (SONY DCR-HC39E battery)

Ok now it's young boys raping young boys, priest, ministers what the heck is going on here why is this seem to be the going thing now? I think we as parents know our children and should take actions to prevent anything like this from ever happening. And what has happened to the children that try this act has someone did the samething to them? This is a question that should be asked!!! (SONY NP-FP50 battery)

Yessir! Got some sexual preditors here. My question to this blog is why were three arrested and not four? Hmmmm. They are just juvenile predators. No story here, nothing to see here...I see the big house on the horizon! Word! (OLYMPUS LI-10B charger)

This also happened at a camp sponsored by a local Lowndes county churches youth group a few years ago. But the boys accused were children of "prominent" church members so it was hush hush. Instead of making the boys pay for their actions they blamed the youth leader for letting it happen and fired them! Go figure. I'm by no means saying it was the churches fault it happened but I do have a problem with the way it was handled! Speak up people, quit letting these miscreants get away with this garbage!
